How to read this chart
This dashboard tracks spot prices for memory chips and modules — the raw materials inside every phone, PC, server, and GPU.
Two things to know:
- Chips = raw silicon (the commodity). Modules = finished product (chips soldered onto a board, ready to install).
- DDR5 = current gen. DDR4 = previous gen. GDDR = graphics memory (GPUs/AI). eTT = lower-grade budget chips.
Module prices update weekly. Everything else is daily.
